Wildflower Communities is a vertically integrated platform acquiring, operating, and repositioning manufactured housing communities across Florida. We manage our own property operations, home dealership, and installation, applying institutional discipline to deliver operational excellence and long-term value creation.

Our belief is simple: manufactured housing, done right, is one of America's most important affordable housing solutions, and every resident deserves a well-managed, high-quality community. Long-term stewardship drives how we underwrite and operate.

Manufactured housing communities offer a rare combination in real estate: needs-based demand, inflation-resistant rent structures, low turnover, and a significant and growing supply-demand imbalance in affordable housing across the Southeast.

We focus on three-star communities with four-star potential — assets that have been undermanaged, not distressed — where operational expertise creates the value rather than aggressive rent growth.

We currently operate communities across Florida, with a focus on 55+ and all-ages communities in established markets.
